This course examines the development of the human experience from prehistoric times to the year 1600AD. Students will analyze the development of culture and various civilizations throughout the Eastern Hemisphere. Students will compare these civilizations to each other, as well as, draw conclusions about the impact these civilizations had on life today. An emphasis will be placed on the role geography played in the development of these civilizations.
